Subuser permissions

Letting other people manage your server without sharing account access.

Subuser management is available for server owners during closed beta. It lets you give an existing Kyrbit account scoped access to one server without sharing your account session.

What you can grant

  • Console — view console and send commands.
  • Power — start, stop, restart, and use rescue power actions.
  • Files — browse, edit, upload, download, and rename files.
  • Backups — create, download, delete, schedule, and restore backups.
  • Settings — edit server settings, startup, network, and bot runtime.

Adding someone

  1. Have the other person create or use their own Kyrbit account.
  2. Open the server and go to Sub-users.
  3. Enter their email, select the permissions, and click Save Access.

You can update the same email later to change permissions, or remove their access from the Current Access list. Billing and owner-level account settings stay owner-only.
