Getting Started
Billing & monthly service credits
How billing, checkout, and monthly service credits work.
Kyrbit uses monthly credits for server capacity. Approved accounts choose a recurring Stripe plan, and paid allowance is applied only after Kyrbit receives and verifies Stripe's signed paid-invoice webhook for the cycle.
What you'll see in the panel
The Billing tab shows your verified cycle allowance, remaining credits, active monthly use, estimated daily use, cycle dates, pending plan changes, invoices, and Stripe billing-management actions when available. The plans page shows configured monthly allowances and a simple server-size planner. Checkout opens on Stripe so Kyrbit never stores full card numbers.
What it costs
The credit pricing on the pricing page is the current paid-launch pricing. The standard Regular rate is $8.00 per monthly service credit, where 1 credit maps to 1 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 25 GB added storage, and every server also starts with a 25 GB base disk. Performance servers use the same allowance but only at whole-credit presets: 8 GB costs 3 credits, 12 GB costs 5 credits, 16 GB costs 6 credits, and 24 GB costs 9 credits per month.
Credit timing
Daily use takes a daily share of each server's monthly credit requirement only while that server is inside its active billing window. When Stripe confirms the next paid invoice, Kyrbit records that entitlement cycle and updates the paid allowance to the verified plan amount. Unused credits do not stack above the plan cap.
Admins can grant complimentary beta, creator, support, internal testing, or partner allowances. Complimentary allowance is tracked separately from Stripe-paid subscriptions and is not paid balance.
If checkout succeeds but the allowance does not update after a few minutes, open a billing support ticket so we can reconcile the Stripe event and account ledger.
Refunds
The current refund policy explains monthly service credits, duplicate charges, billing mistakes, disputes, and support-assisted review.
