By accessing or using Kyrbit Host services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

Kyrbit Host provides game server hosting services including but not limited to server provisioning, management tools, DDoS protection, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to: distributing malware, engaging in DDoS attacks, hosting illegal content, or violating intellectual property rights.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Payments are due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kyrbit Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
