Terms of service
1. Beta status
Kyrbit Host is operated by Kyrbit LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and is currently run as an invite-only beta. Billing is paused unless a page explicitly says Stripe sandbox checkout is active for testing. We will give advance notice before live customer billing begins.
2. Service
Kyrbit provides game server and bot workload hosting, a web control panel, support tooling, backups, third-party install helpers, monitoring, and related operational features. Features can change during beta as we harden the platform.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login, Discord account, server credentials, and invited sub-user access secure. You may not sell, share, or transfer your account without approval.
4. Credits and billing
Credits represent reserved server capacity for a service period, not permanent ownership of hardware, software, data storage, or cash value. The current launch model is 1 credit = 1 vCPU and 2 GB RAM for a 30-day service cycle. Paid checkout, renewal terms, taxes, refunds, and cancellation handling must be finalized before live charges are enabled.
5. Customer content
You remain responsible for worlds, configs, mods, plugins, bot code, uploads, install codes, authorization prompts, and other content or access details you place on the service. Do not upload malware, stolen files, infringing content, credentials or codes you are not allowed to use, or content that violates our acceptable use rules.
6. Mods, plugins, and third-party software
Minecraft mods, plugins, Steam games, CurseForge packs, private profile or install codes, Discord integrations, and other third-party software or services are controlled by their authors, publishers, distributors, or platform providers. Kyrbit may query third-party catalogs or APIs, but those providers can change availability, permissions, download URLs, rate limits, terms, or access at any time. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use any content, account, code, or integration you submit. Kyrbit may stop, suspend, remove, or refuse workloads that create security, abuse, licensing, provider-policy, or platform stability risk.
7. Backups and data loss
Backups are a recovery feature, not a permanent archive. We operate backup tooling and restore workflows, but you should keep your own copies of any world or project you cannot afford to lose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts, servers, files, or network access when needed for abuse response, security, non-payment after paid launch, legal compliance, or platform stability.
9. Availability
There is no paid uptime SLA during beta. Any future paid service-credit policy will be published before paid plans launch.
10. Referrals
Kyrbit referral rewards are planned as non-cash service credits, discounts, or account perks. They are not cash payouts, are not transferable, and may be denied, revoked, or adjusted for fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, policy violations, missing referral disclosures, or platform abuse. Review decisions are final after admin review.
11. Age and authority
Kyrbit is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use Kyrbit only with involvement from a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for the account, content, and payments when paid billing launches.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kyrbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. During beta, your use of the service is at your own risk.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through support or to legal@kyrbit.host. Legal notices should identify Kyrbit LLC as the Texas limited liability company operating Kyrbit Host.
