DMCA and abuse reports

Clear reporting channels help us respond quickly without guessing where a report belongs.

Operator

Kyrbit Host is operated by Kyrbit LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Legal, copyright, abuse, and security reports should identify Kyrbit LLC when naming the service operator.

Copyright reports

Send copyright complaints to legal@kyrbit.host with your signature, the copyrighted work claimed, the allegedly infringing server, URL, file, or account information, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, contact legal@kyrbit.host with your signature, contact information, the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was mistaken, and consent to the appropriate legal process. Kyrbit may require additional review before restoring access.

Abuse reports

Report malware, phishing, spam, denial-of-service activity, stolen content, credential exposure, or network abuse through support or abuse@kyrbit.host.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities, exposed credentials, account compromise concerns, or unsafe behavior to security@kyrbit.host. Do not access customer data, bypass access controls, or disrupt production while testing.

Action we may take

We may disable files, suspend servers, preserve evidence, contact the account owner, notify providers, or remove access while a report is reviewed.

Designated agent

Kyrbit LLC's formal DMCA designated-agent registration is pending legal review. Before relying on DMCA safe-harbor workflows for paid public launch, Kyrbit should publish the required agent contact information and complete the U.S. Copyright Office directory registration.
