Refund policy
Monthly service credits
Credits reserve server capacity for a 30-day service cycle. They are not stored cash value and are not transferable.
Checkout confirmation
Credits are granted after Kyrbit receives and verifies Stripe's signed payment webhook. If checkout succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support so we can reconcile the payment event and ledger.
Duplicate charges and mistakes
We will review duplicate charges, obvious billing mistakes, failed credit grants, or other approved support cases. Refund decisions depend on payment status, service use, account state, and abuse or chargeback history.
Cancellations
Canceling or deleting a server stops future use of that server, but it does not automatically refund credits already consumed for an active service cycle.
Referral attribution
Referral codes record who referred an account. Any approved referral credits, discounts, or account perks are non-cash benefits. They are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and may be denied or revoked after fraud or abuse review.
Disputes
Customers should contact support first so we can review invoices, payment events, server status, and credit grants before a chargeback is opened.
