Refund policy

No live customer billing is enabled during beta. This page sets expectations before paid checkout goes live.

Closed beta

Billing is paused during closed beta, so there are no customer charges to refund.

Before paid launch

Kyrbit will publish final refund, cancellation, renewal, and tax terms before live billing is enabled.

Sandbox testing

Stripe sandbox checkout is for validation only. Test payments do not create live charges or real refunds.

Referral rewards

Referral credits, discounts, and account perks are non-cash rewards. They are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and may be denied or revoked after fraud or abuse review.

Monthly service credits

The intended paid-launch baseline is customer-visible monthly service credit purchases. Credits are consumed for 30-day server cycles, may expire, and do not become stored cash value.

Paid launch baseline

Paid checkout must clearly label whether a purchase is one-time or recurring, show the credit quantity, and support-assisted refunds for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, and other approved cases. There will be no retroactive beta charges.

Disputes

Customers should contact support first so we can review invoices, payment events, server status, and credit grants before a chargeback is opened.
